In honor of the holiday weekend we did a lot of grilling. Kabobs were delicious and definitely something we will do a lot this summer. Although you can use any protein or veggies we used chicken and beef, peppers and onions. Yum!!!
Ingredients:
Chicken (we used chicken breast)
Beef
Peppers
Onions
Olive oil
Skewers
Directions:
Chop veggies into small pieces and meat into one inch cubes.
Arrange meat and veggies onto skewers.
Brush veggies (or everything) with just a tiny bit of olive oil.
Cook on the grill about ten to 15 mins for chicken and the steak to your preference.
I can't wait to try other combinations in the future!!!
