Chicken Marsala- Campbell's style

On a recent shopping trip we got a couple free samples of Campbell's new skillet sauces. We decided to give the chicken Marsala one a try. All you need is a pound of chicken breast and a little vegetable oil. I had leftover mushrooms from earlier this week so I sautéed them in some oil and Marsala sauce and added them at the end.

All you have to do is cook the chicken breast (cut up) in oil until brown on both sides. Then add the sauce (this is when I added the extra mushrooms) bring it all to a boil and then reduce heat and cook about five minutes until chicken is cooked through. I served mine with linguine. It was surprisingly delicious although I like my homemade sauce a little more. I will definitely consider this product again, especially if I'm in a hurry to make dinner.
