Corn Two Ways

Corn kind of marks the start of summer. The grocery store had it on sale and we couldn't resist. We grilled all the corn and are looking for our favorite way to have summer corn!

The first way is Garlic Butter Corn
Ingredients:
Corn
Butter
Garlic salt
Tin foil

Shuck corn then brush melted butter (we like lots) and sprinkle with garlic salt. You can add pepper or other spices if you please. Wrap the corn in tin foil and place it on the grill turning occasionally for  about 20 mins.

The second time around we left the husks on.

Soak the corn in water (with husks on) for 20 mins. Brush outside with olive oil and place on the grill. Cook for about 20-25 mins turning occasionally. Serve with butter and your favorite spices.

Either way the result is delicious sweet corn!!
